Bruno Schulz' speechless Book (2010) - Luca Leonelli

Bruno Schultz' speechless Book

I like to think that, confronted with a violent, unexpected, cruel and absurd death like he was, and in keeping with the stories that have turned Bruno Schulz into a myth, then his human nature, that is the physical body and its capacity for mental processing, have redeemed the unavoidable reality of Living.

Hence I think his death was preceeded by a period of ataraxis, even if just briefly, like that artificially induced by anesthetics before a delicate operation. A painless and unconscious pause in which images without any logical connection run around the mind and distract, offering up the illusion of a possible continuum.
